No Palm Oil used
We have sourced our ingredients so that Cornish Creams Soaps are made without any Palm Oil in the recipe. Instead, the ingredients are from Olive Oil (over 30%), and also Coconut Oil and Rapeseed Oil, no GM oils are used, so kind and gentle and planet-friendly are the watch-words here. You should expect nothing less!
Variety of 'flavours' and colours
We are still perfecting all the variations of fragrances and additives, but we are trying to keep colours, fragrances and additives as natural as possible. Vegetable extracts for colours, beetroot, chlorophyll, beta-carotene . . . We use Essential Oils for fragrances just as we do in Cornish Creams. Why settle for less - I wouldn't expect you to use anything which I wouldn't use on myself, and I'm choosy, for sure.
But if you just want a soap suitable for super-sensitive skin, then how about our "Naked Olive Oil" soap, gentle and kind for all your important little places! Just let us know, and it can be yours - as recommended by my friend Jill who finds most other soaps too harsh for her sensitive skin. For her I made a Washcloth containing the Naked Olive Oil soap and she hasn't looked back.
Scrubby Soaps
We have had great fun thinking of different ideas to create exfoliating soaps, so far we have two variations. Carrot and Loofah soap is a round tablet of soap, which has a really zingy smell from the Carrot seed essential oil and Rosemary essential oil, and it actually also contains a slice of loofah, so as you lather up with it, you also get the scrubby exfoliation of the loofah! The second Scrubby Soap is Coffee and Caraway, this is another round tablet of soap with added used coffee grounds and also Caraway seeds which give it the scrubbiness, this is the one which is by my kitchen sink, ideal for when you want a bit of a better clean than from soap alone. Scrubby Soap and Washcloth
Here's another idea we had, Teatree and Peppermint soap in its own hand crafted, 100% cotton Scrubby Washcloth to give what we've called a Wake-You-Up Soap (and Boy! does it do just that!)

If there is another soap you would like instead of Teatree and Peppermint inside your Scrubby Washcloth, please ask, and we will do our best to bring it to you.
Check out the photos, and I'm really pleased to say that on their very first outing on show to the Cornish public, some of each of the Scrubby Soaps were sold, so I think they could be a winner.
